Android multilocale builds

Android multilocale builds have landed, thanks to Coop, Mwu, Armenzg's previous work, and a little thing I call mozharness. (More on that in a later post.)

• These are active on mozilla-central nightly builds only.
• They are currently using the Maemo multilocale locale list.
• bug 596004 is currently open to determine the set of android-specific locales to include. I imagine this will result in a mobile-browser/locales/android-locales file.
